Bio
I'm Mark Harris.
I grew up in a home where there were certain soaps and towels in the bathroom we were not allowed to use.
Grew up in The Bay areas of both California and Florida, spending my teenage formidable years in Tampa.
My formal Art education began at Ricks College/BYU-Idaho where I received my Associates Degree with a discipline in Art. Tired of the snow and falling on the ice, I moved back to Florida to receive my Bachelors Degree of Art from the much warmer Ringling School of Art & Design in Sarasota, Florida.

While studying at Ringling, I was drawn to the idea of working with Disney Feature Animation. I felt I had a fairly natural knack for form, draftsmanship and figure drawing. Ringling had a pretty good relationship with Disney and worked in curriculum to help those of us who had that interest.
After graduation I started working for a gaming company in Tampa making children's interactive computer games. We worked with Disney Interactive, Mattel and Fisher-Price. It was a great studio experience working with so many talented people.

Since 2006, I have been employed as an Illustrator and ArtLead for a Gaming company called EVERI, in Austin, Texas.
I am an Art/Team Lead working closely with a team of artists , developers, producers, and audio technicians creating some fun, award winning games.
I work traditionally as well as digitally, but I still enjoy drawing on paper and paint on canvas.

I love to watch movies. I follow Baseball and Football. Im a huge Seinfeld fan. I stay up way too late.
